Farmleigh has a large number of 17th Century Austrian Oak panels with 17th Century Italian Silk Hangings. By employing non-destructive techniques, a detailed recording of the fabric of the building was carried out without removing any of the above items. TKB Southgate Associates were also employed to oversee the conservation works during the contract. A massive cost saving exercise was undertaken as a result of our philosophy of minimum intervention.
