This Protected Structure is a four-storey over basement Georgian end terrace townhouse and is of stone and brick construction with a stucco ground floor to the front elevation. TKB Southgate Associates provided historic research on the building assessing the significance of the structure and produced a report outlining the history of the property and surrounding area. The non-invasive investigation and diagnosis of material failures was the essential first stage in developing and specifying remedial works based on a philosophy of minimum intervention. A Planning Application was prepared and proposals were justified and gathered. Methodologies & Safety Statements were produced and all works were supervised and project managed in-house.
