TKB Southgate Associates provided a detailed survey of the building outlining water penetration and decay mechanisms. We carried out a detailed survey and report of the building analyzing, identifying and providing treatment specification of rising and penetrative damp, various fungal growths and insect attack. All works were designed, supervised and project managed in-house.
