The Armoury Building is a two-storey Gothic style building, built around 1877. With castellated turrets at each end, the building is of unusually high quality for its type and age. A Conservation Survey and Report was required with a view to the general upgrading and continuing development of the building to include fire safety and general use purposes.
Our services were enlisted to assist with the tendering process in relation to the building. It is our brief to ensure that all work carried out on this project will be strictly in accordance with Best Conservation Practice. A detailed specifications for works was submitted in this regard.
