Constructed in the mid 1700s, Headfort is one of the very few and only remaining Robert Adams Buildings in Ireland. TKB Southgate Associates produced a conservation report identifying failed valleys and lead-work on the roof which led to extensive water damage and an old cotton wire electrical system which posed a serious fire risk. We were involved in the 5 year plan with costs in the region of €5 million.
