TKB Southgate Associates Merger

TKB & Associates are proud to announce the merger between TKB & Associates and Chris Southgate & Associates. We have been working closely together for the past 25 years and collectively have 60 years experience in dealing with historic buildings. This amalgamation will bring together a stronger range of disciplines i.e., conservation consultants, conservation engineering, sustainable development, defect consultants, building archaeology and project management.

Resulting from working together on many projects such as Castle Hyde for Michael Flatley and Farmleigh House, Chris Southgate is a highly renowned conservation engineer and has worked on many projects for the OPW, Local Authorities and many private clients. Chris was part of the team that was awarded the Gold Medal from the RIAI for his work in the Connemara West Centre. An amalgamation of the companies with these high level disciplines provides a much better service to the general public and to the architectural and engineering practice that we currently operate for.

TKB & Associates have three successful projects under the EU funded research Histoclean, Arcchip and an environmental study into dry rot which resulted in publication of three hard backs.
