The company incorporates the merger of TKB & Associates with Chris Southgate & Associates in August 2007 and is one of the few companies in Ireland to employ Building Archaeologists, Building and Chartered Surveyors, Architectural and Landscape Historians and Conservation Architects.

The Company specialises in non-destructive investigative techniques adopted in the interest of preserving the historic material of our building stock. Our work is rarely routine and is directly tailored to every client’s needs, utilising the latest in cutting edge conservation techniques.
